1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Manzhuma. This Policy explains when you can obtain a refund.

2. Refund requests

Refunds are discretionary and assessed case‑by‑case. We will consider a refund request for the first purchase of a paid subscription or promotional pass if: (a) the request is made within 14 calendar days, and (b) paid‑only features have not been materially consumed. We may deny refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or other manipulative behavior. Approved refunds are returned to the original method of payment via Dodo Payments.

3. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You have used paid‑only features after purchase (beyond account creation and initial sign‑in).
  • The request is made after 14 calendar days from the original purchase date (unless required by law).
  • The account is suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service or for refund abuse.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@manzhuma.com from your account email including your order ID and purchase date. If approved, the refund will be initiated via Dodo Payments. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been submitted.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Dodo Payments back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by card network and issuing bank and typically take 5–10 business days.

6. Currency & fees

Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency through Dodo Payments. Any exchange‑rate differences, intermediary bank fees, or card‑issuer charges are outside our control.

7. Changes

We may amend this Policy at any time by posting an updated version on our site. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance.
